Hardcloud.com is all new, it is a true reflection of the people involved. That means Ian, Roger, Clive, Matt, Tobie…that’s them! You can read a bit more about them individually further down the page, but for now more about why they started Hardcloud. Surfing, snowboarding, wakeboarding, bmxing, mountain biking, moto-x, drinking, listening to music…they all do at least three of these things each, and that is what Hardcloud is about. The Hardcloud team have all been involved in running websites for the last 5 years so they all have a pretty clear idea of what is needed. Customer service is important to everyone so rest assured they will break their backs to sort problems, answer emails, make sure you get your stuff on time etc.

Hardcloud.com will despatch your order within one working day of it being placed subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason they will let you know. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri (excluding public holidays etc). Items can be delivered on their next working day or two working day (48 hour) as long as they are ordered before 14:00 hours (Mon - Fri). The standard post option normally takes 3-5 working days (Mon - Fri). If you live in a far away location in the UK please allow an extra couple of days for delivery. They use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for their UK deliveries. International deliveries are done via the Royal Mail or Parcel Force Euro 48hours service. The delivery charge for orders to mainland Europe and the Republic of Ireland (weight up to 30kgs) is £15. Delivery time is 2 – 5 working days. The delivery charge for orders outside of mainland Europe is calculated on the weight of the items and the destination country, when ordering please select the country for delivery in the address field and the £15 delivery option, They will then advise you of the exact cost of the delivery charge via email, you can then decide whether you would like to continue with the order.

At Hardcloud.com if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be exchanged or the cost of the item(s) refunded. All purchases are covered by a 14 day exchange or refund guarantee. Please e-mail info@hardcloud.com or call 0870 300 1471 to request a returns number. In all return correspondence please indicate your order ID, the items you wish to return, and let them know if you would like an exchange or refund. Products must be returned in their original condition including tags & packaging. If goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them they reserve the right to refuse such returns. They will refund you any money you have paid them for the product(s) being returned, or provide you with a same cost alternative if required. The original postage cost is not refundable under normal circumstances. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. If you return an item to them that is faulty, or a problem order of any kind, They will also pay for the cost of the return postage.
